Shipping

Safe Kids Shop strives to ship your order within 2 business days of receipt, but please feel free to call us if you need more urgent attention.  Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on your shipping selection. You can expect to receive in-stock items shipped via UPS Ground within 3 to 7 business days.  Priority Mail shipments will arrive within 2 to 5 business days. At times, certain items ordered together may be shipped separately.

Drop Shipping:  A few of the larger items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to reduce shipping costs to our customers.  The manufacturer will determine the shipping carrier for these products and shipping times may vary.

P.O. Box & APO/FPO Shipping: All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses will be sent via U.S. Postal Service.

Oversized Item Shipping:  There are no extra shipping or handling charges for oversized items (as defined by UPS) in the Mainland USA, but we cannot ship oversized items to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO military addresses. 

Sales Tax:

6.9% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Colorado.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept undamaged items returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund, less delivery charges. Before returning any product, simply e-mail us at store@safekidsshop.com or call us at 800-984-KIDZ for a Return Authorization Number. This number should be written on the package that the product is being returned in. Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice and all the original packaging with the returned products. 

Privacy Policy:

At Safe Kids Shop, we respect your privacy and guarantee that none of your information will be sold, distributed or used in any other way except for our own order process and business management.

We use a respected leader in on-line transactions, USA ePay, to help insure that your information is used properly by all parties involved in the order process.

We may, from time to time, notify you via e-mail of special offers and other promotions from Safe Kids Shop that may be of interest to you. If you notify us to remove your name from our e-mail contact list, we will do so immediately.

Rest assured, our interest is in selling child safety products, not your information!

All checkouts are secure from start to finish, whether you finish the entire process, or elect to cancel before the transaction is complete. This information is available only to Safe Kids Shop and USA Epay for the purposes of completing necessary order requirements and payment transactions.

To be sure you are on a secure connection, check the address bar near the top of your screen. If the first letters are "https" instead of the typical "http", and there is a lock icon near the bottom right of your screen, your connection is secure.
